Key Responsibilities
- Scans and files Human Resources documentation related to employee files, new hire and termination information, timesheets, garnishments, FMLA and Worker’s Compensation as needed.
- Verifies and files proper documentation for I-9’s.
- Assists with recruiting and onboarding.
- Assists the HR staff with assigned tasks and projects.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Currently pursing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related program from an accredited university
- Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software
- Advanced ability in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, and Excel
- Strong attention to detail to allow completion of tasks accurately
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment.
