Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our NPI team. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead new product launches and collaborate across functions to bring innovative solutions to life. Ideal for those seeking career growth and cross-functional exposure.
- Lead and support NPI projects from concept to production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Product Engineering, and Manufacturing.
- Develop and validate process flows, control plans, and FMEA.
- Drive qualification builds and analyze results for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with automotive and customer-specific requirements.
- Support cost reduction and yield improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Electronics, Mechanical, Materials, or related).
- Strong academic foundation and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with SPC, DOE, and basic process engineering concepts.
- Internship or project experience in semiconductor/electronics is a plus.
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience with QFN, SOT, or leadframe packages.
- Exposure to automotive standards (IATF 16949, AEC-Q100).
- Knowledge of data analysis tools (Minitab, JMP, Excel).
- Green Belt or Six Sigma training.
