What You’ll Do
As an Occupational Therapist, you’ll play a vital role in helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life. Responsibilities include:
Conducting comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and assessments
Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
Collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams to achieve patient goals
Supervising and mentoring Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)
Educating patients and families on discharge planning and home safety strategies
Monitoring progress and adjusting interventions to maximize outcomes
Qualifications
Current and valid California Occupational Therapy License
