Service Coordinator, Residential Rehabilitation

This is a direct care opportunity to provide support for mental health treatment in Sheppard Pratt’s Residential Rehabilitation Program. This position will assess and monitor client needs, develop service plans, connect clients to community services and resource, and advocate for clients as necessary.

Shift: Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm
