We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join our Industrial Solutions Business Unit in Turkey, supporting and growing our Industrial Water Treatment portfolio.

You’ll identify and acquire profitable new accounts, grow existing business, and act as a trusted partner to customers by delivering value through Solenis technologies and solutions. This role blends technical understanding, strategic thinking, and hands‑on customer engagement — ideal for someone who thrives in industrial environments and enjoys owning the full sales cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire profitable customer accounts across the region.
  • Drive and grow sales and service levels within the assigned territory.
  • Share Solenis product and market knowledge to deliver superior value to customers.
  • Collaborate locally and with the wider business to build sustainable networks.
  • Report on prospecting activities, sales opportunities, and competitor activity.
  • Contribute to regional performance and broader business goals.
  • Analyse decision‑making processes within key customer organisations and build relationships at multiple levels.
  • Develop strong senior‑level contacts within key accounts.
  • Lead and support customers in implementing business strategies and execution plans, including regular business reviews.
  • Conduct high‑level negotiations to secure new and repeat business.
  • Build long‑term internal and external customer relationships.
  • Represent the company in all sales, account correspondence, contracts, orders, troubleshooting, and follow‑ups.
  • Facilitate regular customer meetings to discuss service, plans, and proposals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales or field engineering.
  • Experience in Industrial Water Treatment is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer‑focused, results‑oriented mindset.
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to coordinate effectively with colleagues.
  • Open to learning, development, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • No travel restrictions and a valid driver’s licence with active driving capability.
  • No military obligation for male candidates.
