Assist Head, Sales in managing daily operation of the sales department by performing tasks such as monitoring Sales Advisors’ performance as well as providing guidance and training to ensure branch achieve the set financial targets and units.
Job Content
· Supervising and guiding the sales team to ensure Sales Advisors are up to date with the current product/ policies set by Principal / Company.
· Monitor the performance of the sales team to ensure branch meet the set target/ objective as well as other related Sales KPIs.
· Building and maintaining good working relationship with customers to increase branch sales prospect.
· Ensure branch are supported by adequate stock in order to continually meeting/ exceeding the sales quotas.
· Oversee the stocking and inventory as well as deliveries to customers to ensure timely supply and invoicing.
· Highlight issues concerning to the sales department to Head, Sales and to propose for recommendation.
· Collaborate with relevant departments in assisting the Head, Sales in to develop effective sales strategies.
· Assist the Head, Sales in the implementation of any new policies/ guideline for the sales department to ensure adherence.
· Identify opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
· Performing all duties of the Head, Sales in cases of absence or emergency.
