About the Team

We work in cross-functional squads that include a squad lead, business analyst, development lead, software engineers, and test engineers. Each squad shares ownership of delivery and collaborates closely to solve problems and continuously improve the product.

About the Role

The Senior Project Manager drives and manages multiple large, complex projects across portfolios, leading stakeholder negotiations and cross-functional delivery. This role partners closely with Market Vertical teams, Product Management, Engineering, Testing, Legal, and other stakeholders. The position is also responsible for building development roadmaps, managing project schedules, and resolving issues in collaboration with senior engineering resources using industry-leading technology.

Responsibilities

  • Manage up to four highly complex projects per year, along with moderate to simple projects, depending on scope and complexity.
  • Request demand and review resource allocation across projects, programs, and portfolios.
  • Communicate capacity and demand impacts and recommend improvements to processes and procedures.
  • Manage all phases of projects through the Product Development process, define key performance parameters, and produce regular variance reports.
  • Negotiate with Engineering Resource Managers for project resources while ensuring compliance with corporate and public regulations.
  • Perform data analysis to support project tasks and resource planning.
  • Maintain ownership of project schedules and clearly communicate status, risks, variances, and mitigation options.
  • Identify and recommend continuous improvements to existing processes and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in IT PMO roles within global organizations, with project governance certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent).
  • Strong Agile knowledge, process improvement capability, advanced negotiation skills, and data analysis expertise, particularly in resource allocation.
  • Proven ability to coordinate teams in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments and resolve issues with a results-oriented approach.
  • Excellent project delivery skills, including planning, milestone management, risk management, and multi-tasking.
  • Exemplary written, verbal, presentation, meeting management, and documentation skills.
  • Experience delivering projects of varying size and duration, with high adaptability to changing organizational needs.
  • Strong professionalism, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities.
  • Advanced organizational, time management, change management, and delegation skills across multiple functions.
  • Advanced problem-solving experience leading teams to diagnose complex issues, translate findings into solutions, and support management decision-making.
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders, executives, and clients across diverse audiences.
