Are you a new grad looing to gain hands-on experience at the heart of the energy industry? We are looking for a Contracts Advisor to support our Supply Chain organization with a focus on material and service contracts. This role will offer you the opportunity to grow your skills and knowledge of contract managment and supply chain operations.

Minimum Requirements:
- Recent graduate with post–secondary education in business or supply chain managment
- Related co-op or internship in Source to Contract experience in the energy industry is preferred
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
- Ability to meet tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency

Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing contracts and contract preparation using standard document templates
- Track key contract dates, milestones, deliverables and renewal timelines; issue reminders and follow up as required
- Assist in and completing sourcing events, including RFI, RFQ and RFP
- Support setup, enablement and maintenance of system contracts
- Monitor contract spend and contract expires
- Maintain contracts within Suncor’s system of record and in accordance with company document retention policies
Location and other Key details:
- This is an office-based role; you will work out of our Calgary head office located in the Suncor Energy Centre (150 – 6th Ave SW)
- Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday
- Our business professional roles follow internal compensation guidelines and the pay band will generally be based years of experience and scope of work
