About the Role
We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager to support the execution and delivery of high-impact product initiatives across the Guardhouse platform.
This is an ideal role for someone early in their product career who wants hands-on experience working closely with senior product leaders, engineers, and customer-facing teams.
You’ll help turn ideas into shipped features, ensure product quality, and contribute to continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of product features from concept to release
- Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Work closely with engineering to ensure smooth execution and delivery
- Assist in backlog management, sprint planning, and prioritization
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales and Support to understand user needs
- Participate in customer calls and feedback sessions
- Help test new features and ensure quality before release
- Monitor product usage and identify improvement opportunities
- Assist with documentation and release notes
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years experience in product, business analyst, or similar role
- Strong communication skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Comfortable working remotely with global teams
- Curious mindset and willingness to learn
- Basic understanding of agile processes
- Experience with Jira or similar tools is a plus
