Advanced Practice Provider - Cardiovascular Medicine
Job Description
Citrus Cardiology Consultants, a partner practice of Cardiovascular Associates of America (CVAUSA), is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join our growing cardiovascular team.
We currently have two APP opportunities available:
Outpatient + Inpatient Cardiology APP
- Monday–Friday schedule
- Primarily outpatient clinic responsibilities with some inpatient coverage
- Shared weekend rotation approximately once per month
Hospital-Based Cardiology APP
- Inpatient-only position
- 7 on / 7 off daytime schedule
- Hospital rounding and cardiovascular patient management
- No outpatient clinic responsibilities
Both positions offer the opportunity to work alongside experienced cardiologists and APPs while caring for a diverse cardiovascular patient population. We are open to experienced cardiology providers as well as motivated new graduates with a strong interest in cardiovascular medicine.
Qualifications
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Active Florida license or ability to obtain
- Cardiology experience preferred but not required
- New graduates encouraged to apply
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient care skills
