
Director, Fluke Service APAC
Job Description
The Director, Fluke Service APAC owns full P&L responsibility for Fluke APAC services business and lead a regional team of approximately 70 employees across China, Singapore, Japan, and India.
Reporting to the APAC Sales Operations Director, this role is responsible for leading and scaling the Fluke service business across the region. The position will define and execute the APAC service strategy, establish a consistent regional operating model, and drive both commercial growth and operational excellence.
This role requires a leader who can operate at both strategic and operational depth, and who can transform a traditionally fragmented service setup into a scalable, commercially driven, and customer-focused regional business.
The preferred location of this role is Shanghai, China.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
▪ Develop and execute the APAC service strategy, translating insights into clear priorities and scalable execution across the region.
▪ Own P&L and drive revenue growth and profitability, driving effective decision-making to support business growth and profitability.
▪ Establish and standardize service policies, processes, and quality standards to ensure consistent customer experience across markets.
▪ Build and manage a strong network of Authorized Service Providers to enhance regional service coverage and capability.
▪ Build a scalable regional operating model to support growth and expansion across the region.
▪ Attract, develop, and lead a high-performing services team to support long-term business growth.
▪ Drive alignment and collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution.
▪ Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and business ethics standards.
