Job Description
This position is responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting product software and hardware incidents reported by customers and/or ITS Products including KVM and Serial field personnel, product start-up activities for Next Connect across Asia, work closely with the rest of the Support Team sharing knowledge and work load. Assist management is generating reports as per required by the business. The position is also escalation of entry level analyst, trainer and conducts quality monitoring.
