POSITION SNAPSHOT

The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to support the Insights team in day-to-day delivery of the insight programme with support for the creation of insight, running of projects and working with vendors. An ideal role for a first step into the insight function.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Insight work

• Supporting the team in delivery of the total insights work programme by working closely with the wider team and business to ensure projects are delivered effectively

• Managing the workflow of projects to ensure we are sticking to timelines and agreed deliverables – holding ourselves to account

• Working closely with partner vendors to help deliver projects

• Supporting the collation of data sources and establishing their validation and accuracy

Influencing business approach

• Being a keen team player and participating in the communication of insights to the appropriate audiences by taking the opportunity to compile or present insight

• Methodology approach

• Intellectual curiosity about the appropriate methodologies to drive the best outcomes for insight derivation and suggesting ways to improve accuracy

• Supporting the team with data mining and sourcing of relevant data.

• A key eye for detail and project management

CPG/Retail

• Experience of the retail/CPG environment to demonstrate empathy with Consumers/Shoppers

• Understanding of consumers, shoppers and their differences
