Regional Director of Construction- Northern US

RLM Underground is hiring a Regional Market Director to lead construction operations across the Northern US. This role oversees field performance, safety, production, client relationships, and regional growth. We’re looking for a strong construction leader with telecom or utility experience who can drive results and support multiple crews.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional construction operations
• Ensure safety, quality, and production goals are met
• Support and develop field leadership
• Maintain client relationships
• Conduct site visits and ensure compliance

Compensation

•  The compensation package includes a base salary of $100,000–$125,000, eligibility for a quarterly bonus, a company vehicle, a laptop computer, a monthly phone stipend, and paid travel.
