Job Description
- Supervise and lead operators in the daily operation and maintenance of the Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP).
- Ensure all plant operations are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with SOPs and DOE requirements.
- Monitor plant performance, equipment condition, and treatment process efficiency.
- Plan and oversee maintenance, servicing, calibration, and repair activities for plant equipment and instruments.
- Review and ensure proper updating of operational records, chemical consumption, testing results, and service reports.
- Monitor sludge handling, chemical usage, housekeeping, and overall site conditions.
- Ensure compliance with safety requirements, GMP practices, and company policies.
- Report abnormalities, breakdowns, and operational issues to management and coordinate corrective actions.
- Coordinate manpower, shift handovers, and daily work assignments for site operators.
- Support meetings, audits, inspections, and training activities when required.
- Ensure effective communication between site personnel, management, and clients.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by the superior or management.
