This role sits at the heart of a fast-scaling email infrastructure platform responsible for delivering transactional and marketing emails at massive scale. You will help ensure that messages reliably reach inboxes by designing, operating, and improving systems that govern deliverability, reputation, and trust across sending networks. Working fully remotely with a globally distributed engineering team, you will collaborate closely with engineering, support, and anti-abuse specialists to transform complex deliverability challenges into scalable systems and actionable signals. The environment is highly technical, product-driven, and deeply focused on reliability, transparency, and developer experience. You will play a key role in shaping how sending behavior is monitored, controlled, and optimized across multiple providers and customer segments.
