Job Description
- Contribute to Contract Manufacturer (CM)/Joint Development Manufacturer (JDM) strategy and implement supplier management processes with critical partners.
- Manage the implementation of Request For (X) processes for sourcing needs and own the agreement creation process.
- Manage assigned Contract Manufacturers to program requirements in cost, quality, schedule, and technology areas.
- Develop cost models of mechanical parts Costed Bill of Materials (cBOM) and product assemblies(MVA) and lead negotiations from inception to contracting phase, driving continuous cost optimization.
- Support engineering and operations escalations, and report on cost performance and supply chain risk.
