Program Coordinator - Adult Partial Care

Our programs service adults, children, and families. Your role will be essential to our success, and your efforts will influence our ability to provide treatment to our community. From young adults in transition, to seniors in need of specialized care, partial care programs provide adults living with a mental illness with the support needed to prevent psychiatric hospitalization and improve functioning in the community. Utilizing principles of wellness and recovery and peer support systems, we work with individuals to create a personalized wellness and recovery plan, develop positive relationships and improve overall quality of life.
