Warranty Claims Data Analyst

Using data analysis tools (Cognos/Access/Excel) to evaluate large datasets, the Warranty Claims Data Analyst is responsible for identifying and reporting warranty issues for trend analysis and clear problem definition. The individual’s primary task is to research warranty data for issue identification and report/document findings. This individual’s secondary task is to investigate and process warranty claims primarily via AKM’s cloud-based Warranty System.
