Job Description
Under general supervision of managing counsel and according to established policies and procedures, performs a variety of legal duties to assist multiple attorneys in the KMC Legal Department. The primary focus is litigation with an emphasis on the defense of product liability and warranty lawsuits, legal claims, and government compliance reporting.
