Job Description:
Design, develop, and maintain embedded firmware for UPS products using C/C++. Implement digital control algorithms for power conversion systems such as inverter, rectifier, PFC, and battery management. Develop firmware for DSP or microcontroller-based platforms used in UPS systems. Work closely with hardware and power electronics teams to implement and optimize control strategies. Support system integration, debugging, and validation of UPS products. Perform real-time firmware debugging using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other lab equipment. Optimize firmware for performance, efficiency, and reliability. Develop and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and test reports. Participate in product design reviews, root cause analysis, and problem-solving during development and field issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, QA, manufacturing, and service teams.
