System Engineer

      Your Task：

• Clarifying and defining complex system requirements demanded on the system by the customers, standards such as norms, statutes, safety requirements.
• Drafting, creating and coordinating the functional system specifications and system architecture in accordance with general guidelines and methods, with the inclusion of the existing proprietary, standard and third party systems.
• Coordinating and administrating the requirements development environment and tools for the project team
• Reating a system engineering planning and cooperate with the software/algo/hardware/mechanical team.
• Coordinate the development activities with TPL/EPM, control the project development planing.
• Management the development issus, coordinate the development team for the issue debugging.
• Analysis the change during the development phase, provide the technical solution.
• Identify the risks during the project development phase, control the risks with the R&D team.
• Coordinate the trouble shoting in the customer vehicles
• Interface in China to support core function development with global core team.
• Management the requirements in the PTC/Doors
• Release the parts in each key milestone according to the timing plan
• Supplier monitoring for the follow source parts manufacturing.
• Interface with OEM customers and support meetings

     Your Profile：

• 3 years above work experience on automotive mechatronics components.
• Good experience on the hardware architecture/design and familar with hardware manufacture process
• Good experience on the mechanical design and material knowledge
• Good experience on software basic skills such as using CANoe/Testmaster to degbug issus in the vehicle level
• Communicating with customers and stakeholders to agree / elicit stakeholder requirements
• Feature modelling (on system level),Black-box analysis of system context,Specification of requirements (on system level)
• Architectural description (on logical level / problem domain)
• Support trouble shooting in Customer side and willing to travel
