About the Role
Bohler’s Lehigh Valley office is seeking a Project Coordinator who excels at managing details, anticipating needs, and fostering collaboration. In this role, you’ll work closely with project managers, engineers, clients, and outside agencies to keep every phase of the project lifecycle on track, from proposals and permitting to approvals and delivery. You’ll serve as a central point of communication, ensuring our teams stay aligned and our projects move forward seamlessly.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate project activities between internal teams, clients, and outside agencies to ensure timely completion
- Format and edit proposals, letters, and reports from draft to client-ready
- Track project schedules, budgets, and deliverables using internal management systems
- Compile and organize documentation for submissions, permits, and approvals
- Support project managers by monitoring milestones, updating dashboards, and maintaining accurate records
- Assist in preparing applications, meeting materials, and presentations for public hearings or client meetings
- Facilitate communication across disciplines to maintain project momentum and clarity
- Follow filing and document management standards for both electronic and paper records

What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of administrative or project coordination experience; experience in civil engineering, environmental, or land development settings preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Newforma or project tracking software a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional client correspondence
- Excellent time management and follow-up abilities with a proactive approach to challenges
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Professionalism, discretion, and a commitment to teamwork and collaboration
