Bank Manager

As Bank Manager, you will lead a full-service retail banking office dedicated to inspiring financial independence today, with tomorrow in mind. You’ll ensure daily operations run smoothly and in accordance with established policies and procedures, while driving branch profitability by expanding and deepening personal and business banking relationships. In this role, you will consistently deliver high-quality customer service, actively develop our customer base, and grow the branch portfolio in a cost-effective manner, all while supporting Independent Bank’s mission and values.
