Transportation Services Coordinator (Individual Contributor IV)

Duties Include: - Coordinates Mental Health Services transportation services by assigning daily rides and tasks, arranging outside transportation when needed, resolving routine transportation issues, developing or adjusting routes to accommodate current needs, filling in as a driver as needed, and tracking transportation data. - Assists manager with maintenance of vehicles by checking for safety problems and scheduled maintenance needs, obtaining authorization for major repairs, scheduling routine maintenance, and ensuring vehicles are clean and filled with sufficient gas. - Provides and ensures great customer service through communication with clinicians regarding potential problem areas, listening to complaints...
