About the Role
We are building a pipeline of Python Engineers with strong AI and Machine Learning experience to support current and upcoming projects across multiple clients and industries.
This is not a traditional backend role. We are looking for engineers who are actively working with AI-driven solutions, building real-world applications using modern tools and frameworks.
You will be part of a talent pool considered for high-impact opportunities involving AI integrations, data-driven systems, and intelligent automation.
We are especially interested in engineers who combine strong technical fundamentals with the ability to apply AI in practical, scalable ways.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop systems using Python for AI/ML-driven applications
- Build and integrate AI-powered features (LLMs, automation, data pipelines)
- Work with structured and unstructured data to generate insights and functionality
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Optimize models, workflows, and system performance
- Stay up to date with evolving AI tools and frameworks
Must Have:
- 5+ years of experience working with Python in production environments
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks or tools
- Experience working with data processing, pipelines, or model integration
- Experience integrating or working with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Experience using AI tools in development workflows
Nice to Have:
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar frameworks
- Experience with RAG pipelines, agents, or automation workflows
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Experience working with APIs and backend systems
- Experience in startup or fast-paced environments
