Retail Associate/Shopkeeper (Emp - FT Temp)
Job Description
- Ensures superb service to customers through the prompt, friendly, and accurate processing of merchandise sales; verifies that buyers of alcohol to-go are legal
- Maintains a comprehensive knowledge of our merchandise, beer, and spirits to educate and provide the Dogfish experience to customers
- Properly manages the charging and payment process to ensure accurate charging/billing of customers
- Answers phones and maintains the store in a neat, well-stocked, and ready for sale condition
- Opens and closes the store and performs all related duties
- Assists Lead Shopkeeper on execution of promotions, merchandising, store displays, and other initiatives
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a retail environment
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
