PHARMACY TECHNICIAN I (FHC)

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE WORK Under direct supervision, performs technical tasks required to receive, process, price and fill prescriptions for the patients of Family Health Centers (FHC). Responsible for the front line access to the pharmacy. Responsible for providing accurate pharmacy data to the pharmacists, billing department, and patients. Assists in billing all outside agencies, third party insurers, and state programs.
