National Leadership Formation Coordinator

Coordinate the development and implementation of the leadership formation program for National Pastoral Migratoria ® (NPM) in immigrant parish communities across the United States. NPM’s mission is to foster systemic change and strengthen immigrant communities by sharing the model of Pastoral Migratoria ®, which is an immigrant leadership ministry of service, accompaniment, and justice. Ensure high-quality leadership development, training, and formation to lay parish leaders at diocesan sites. Support the development of NPM’s network of dioceses and pastoral leaders committed to responding to immigrant needs.
