Position Overview
We are seeking a Estate Liquidation Team Member to join our growing team. This role is central to supporting estate liquidations, downsizing projects, and online auction operations. The ideal candidate will be a reliable problem-solver with excellent attention to detail and the physical stamina to handle the demands of the work.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with the setup, organization, and staging of estate sales and online auctions.
  • Sort, research, and catalog household goods, antiques, collectibles, and furnishings.
  • Accurately photograph, describe, and enter items into the online auction platform.
  • Provide professional customer service to clients and shoppers at sales and auctions.
  • Safely move, lift, and transport furniture and household items as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment in homes and warehouses.
  • Troubleshoot challenges during projects with creativity and sound judgment.
  • Support team members and contribute to efficient project completion.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in liquidation, auctions, retail, moving, or related fields preferred but not required.
  • Ability to lift 30–50 lbs. safely and repeatedly.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic computer and smartphone skills for online cataloging.
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including some weekends.
  • Criminal background check required.
  • Three professional or personal references required.
