Physical Therapist-On Call

Westminster Baldwin Park, a new Active Living Community in Baldwin Park, is seeking a Physical Therapy (On-Call) to join our team. We are a not-for-profit, community service organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for older adults through compassionate care and exceptional services. The Physical Therapist provides comprehensive patient and resident care, including assessment, care planning, direct treatment, and consultation for a general rehabilitation caseload. This role actively participates in the interdisciplinary clinical team process to support coordinated, high-quality care.
