Responsibilities Performance Strategy & Client Leadership Lead the development of performance media strategies aligned to client business objectives and commercial priorities. Act as a trusted day-to-day advisor to client stakeholders, providing strategic guidance on performance media investment, optimisation opportunities, and measurement approaches.. Translate business goals into measurable performance frameworks, KPIs, and media recommendations. Present strategic recommendations, performance reviews, and optimisation plans to client stakeholders. Performance Planning & Optimisation Guide the development of integrated performance media plans across Search, Social, Programmatic, Commerce, and emerging performance channels. Support performance media investment planning, including budget allocation recommendations, optimisation priorities, and performance forecasting. Partner with specialist teams to identify optimisation opportunities and improve campaign effectiveness. Ensure measurement frameworks, reporting approaches, and performance KPIs remain aligned to business objectives. Develop performance POVs on market trends, platform developments, consumer behaviour, and emerging opportunities. Champion a culture of continuous testing, learning, and optimisation across campaigns. Team & Operational Excellence Provide strategic direction and quality control across performance workstreams. Guide and mentor junior team members, helping to strengthen performance planning and analytical capabilities. Collaborate closely with Planning, Analytics, Content, Commerce, and Client Leadership teams to deliver integrated solutions. Support workflow management, forecasting, and operational planning across performance campaigns. Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives. Commercial & Business Stewardship Support account governance and scope management processes. Identify opportunities to improve performance effectiveness, efficiency, and business impact. Maintain awareness of client priorities, competitive activity, and market developments. Contribute to the growth and evolution of the client relationship through performance-led recommendations and thought leadership. Qualifications 6–8 years of experience in performance marketing, digital media, or integrated media agency environments. Strong understanding of Search, Social, Programmatic, Commerce, and performance measurement ecosystems. Experience developing performance media strategies and optimisation frameworks for large-scale brands. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations. Experience managing senior stakeholders and presenting strategic recommendations. Understanding of attribution, measurement, analytics, and performance reporting methodologies. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience mentoring and developing junior team members. Experience in technology, telecommunications, electronics, retail, or other high-investment consumer categories is advantageous.
