- Follow safety requirements within the department.

- Access and understand daily and weekly schedules.

- Find, read and follow work instructions displayed electronically (iPad).
|
|
|
- Correctly use all precision measuring instruments to verify part integrity.
|
- Correctly load and unload parts.
|
- Set and manage tools including knowledge of tool life and tool wear.
|
- Make any machine adjustment to maintain part integrity.
|
- Restart the machines at the required place in the operation.
|
- Set-up machines and produce good parts when given programs, fixtures and a tool list.
|
- Train Operators to run the machines and produce good parts upon completion of a set-up.
|
- Troubleshoot some technical issues.
|
- Maintain machines (oils, coolant, filters, and cleanliness).
|
- Must be able to operate both powered and non-powered material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jack, cranes, and mobile straddle stacker lift.
|
