Your Organisation. Our Leaders. Solid Foundations.
At Curo, our senior leaders make better decisions when the detail behind them is handled with care. That’s where you come in. This is a chance to be the steady, organised presence that keeps diaries, meetings and records running smoothly - so the people you support can focus their time where it matters most.
If you take pride in being one step ahead and quietly making things work, you’ll feel at home here.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll support senior leaders day to day, coordinating diaries, meetings and inbox cover so competing priorities stay on track
You’ll arrange meetings end to end - booking rooms, refreshments, travel and accommodation where needed
You’ll prepare agendas and packs for key meetings, take clear and accurate minutes, and keep action logs moving
You’ll circulate papers and chase follow-up actions promptly, keeping our central tracker and records up to date
You’ll raise purchase orders and process invoices and expenses when needed
You’ll support our Governance Team more widely, helping organise Board meetings, strategy days, conferences and events
You’ll be a friendly, helpful first point of contact, welcoming visitors and building positive relationships across Curo
You’ll always handle sensitive information with discretion and care
What you’ll get in return
Beyond a salary of £35,278 pro rata and the chance to make a difference every day, you’ll get:
26 days annual leave per year (plus bank holidays), increasing to 29 days
Your birthday off as an extra holiday
Up to 10% matched pension contribution
Hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 days at home)
Flexible benefits which might include a Health Cash Plan
Access to an Employee Assistance Programme for your wellbeing
More about you
You’re organised, calm under pressure and take real pride in accurate work. You enjoy being the person others can rely on and you’re trusted with information that needs to stay confidential. Office systems come easily to you and you’re just as comfortable working on your own as part of a team.
Essential:
Experience in an administrative, coordination or customer-focused role
Confident with Microsoft Office and comfortable producing clear, accurate documents
Well organised, able to juggle changing priorities and meet deadlines
Clear written and verbal communication, including producing accurate minutes and records
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to getting things right
