About the Role:


 This role combines exceptional customer service with troubleshooting technical issues. While some technical knowledge is a plus, don't worry—we provide on-the-job training!

We seek a superstar with a knack for problem-solving and a commitment to helping others create unforgettable experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will be organised, detail-oriented, and possess natural leadership qualities, thriving in a team environment. Previous experience in a senior role is essential.
