Position Information

  • Department: Retail Operation
  • Location: 480 Gordon Baker Road
  • Status: Contract - 1 Year
  • Reports to: Team Lead, Administration

 

Summary of Responsibilities

The Operations Administration Representative provides essential administrative support to the operations team, ensuring efficient workflow, accurate record-keeping, and compliance with company policies. This role involves coordinating tasks, managing documentation, and assisting with operational processes to support overall business objectives.

 

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Administrative Support:

• Maintain and update operational records, reports, and databases.

• Prepare, review, and process documentation related to operational activities


Operational Coordination:

• Support daily operational functions by ensuring tasks are completed on time.

• Coordinate with different departments to facilitate smooth business processes.

• Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports.


Data Management & Compliance:

• Maintain accurate data entry and documentation in company systems.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Assist with audits by organizing and providing required documentation.


Process Improvement & General Support:

• Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes.

• Support special projects and initiatives assigned by the operations leadership team.

• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).


Customer & Vendor Support:

• Handle inquiries from internal teams, and vendors related to operations.

• Ensure timely follow-ups on pending issues and escalate concerns when necessary.


Experience Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Program of Study: Business or Administration
  • Years of Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years
  • Type of Experience: Administrative or operations role.

 

Skills and Abilities

  • Experience in an administrative or operational support role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and business systems.
  • Excellent communication skills French and English (written and verbal).
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

 

Expected salary range: $50,000 - $60,000/per annum

Although base salary for this position falls within the above posted range, final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
