Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and technically driven R&D Manager to lead innovation and process development in high-voltage bushing technology for HVDC power transmission systems.

This role will focus on advancing dry-type bushing technologies, optimizing manufacturing processes, improving insulation materials, and enhancing overall production capabilities for ultra-high-voltage applications up to ±800kV DC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the company's R&D on 800kV bushing technology to enhance technical capabilities of dry-type bushings

• Improve the company's bushing manufacturing processes

• Improve the selection of materials for bushing production

• Support R&D in improving bushing materials and processes

• Optimize the company's bushing production workflow

Qualification:

• 5+ years in relevant fields

• Strong R&D experience in high-voltage dry-type DC bushing technologies

• Expertise in RIP/RIS insulation systems, materials, and manufacturing processes

• Knowledge of ±600kV and ±800kV DC bushing design, sealing structures, and insulation principles

• Experience with bushing production optimization, casting, solidification, and cleanliness control processes

• Familiarity with aluminum foil rolling/lap methods and material selection for RIP manufacturing

• Understanding of anti-cracking measures and low-temperature processing for dry-type bushings

• Knowledge of multi-tube structures, conductor deformation control, and high-voltage connection systems

• Familiarity with shielding ring design, voltage equalization structures, collector ring structures, and SF₆ chamber specifications

• Technical expertise in epoxy resin systems and curing agents used in dry-type bushing casting

• Strong understanding of HVDC equipment, high-voltage insulation systems, and power transmission technologies
