About the job This position reports directly to the Head of Operational Excellence within the Workplace Global Products (WGP) department
WGP is responsible for designing, building, and operating all Workplace Products across the AXA Group for supported entities
WGP products are based on standard market solutions (such as Microsoft, VMware, Citrix) and customized to ensure full compliance with AXA GO and AXA Group standards, including security, architecture, data privacy, and contractual requirements
These products are operated by internal product teams located across Europe, the Americas, and Asia, supported by AXA GO and external providers
All operations follow global rules defined by internal processes
Architecture, security, and compliance are embedded in the design, build, and run phases of each WGP product
It is essential to maintain strong and consistent control over multiple processes, which must be managed at the individual product level and consolidated at WGP level within transversal governance bodies
The W-QAO is accountable for the transversal control, reporting and automation of these processes for Workplace Global Products
Main missions Your responsibilities include: Provide technical reporting expertise to product managers, including analytics, automation, and forecasting
Build effective relationships with product and process owners to gather accurate control instructions, ensuring they remain updated as processes evolve
Collaborate closely with product managers and product line managers to: Ensure they understand operational requirements and respond to process needs
Maintain continuous status updates and communication
Organize and chair regular governance meetings for each process or control: Include relevant stakeholders from all areas
Prepare professional presentations summarizing control statuses, key messages, and decisions
Ensure meetings are efficient, clear, and documented with complete minutes, decisions, and next steps
Processes and Related Governance Areas: (Note: This list may evolve based on new requirements or processes.) Workplace Intelligence (Global Workplace Reporting) IT Asset Management (ITAM) Reporting Patch Management and related exception processes Security Recertification Technical Debt Management Internal Control and Risk Management Key Stakeholders: External Process Owners: Security, Architecture, Compliance, Finance Workplace Service Ownership Team: Coordinate with the Service Ownership Team Head for effective collaboration Workplace Product Teams: Engage with Product Managers and Service Owners for updates and reporting Workplace Leadership Team (LT): Provide executive-level views when required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Reports are up to date, effective and enable clear data driven decisions All the processes are under control, no surprises at LT WGP Level
Governances and documents are managed providing values to WGP and GO
Expected skills & experience We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills: Experience University degree (or equivalent) in IT or Business, with minimum 5 years of experience in the IT industry Strong reporting, analytical, and automation skills Good knowledge of IT Asset Management Understanding of security and architecture principles and processes Knowledge of project management; Agile experience is a plus Proven ability to coordinate people at a functional level with clear communication Skilled in resolving conflicts, managing priorities, and addressing queries effectively Experience working in a global enterprise environment Willingness to travel to AXA GO locations worldwide Technical skills Fluent in English Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform : Power BI and Power Automate Quality management : ensure valuable communication and reporting over all the WGP transversal initiatives, establish effective relationship with all the stakeholders to secure the best quality is delivered
Excellent knowledge of M365 tool : create attrative pressentation, deelop excel tools to track QoS elmeents, creat and manage effective communications (sharepoint, teams)
Soft skills / transversal skills Leadership : takes calculated risks in decision-making and seeks inputs from the team / stakeholders for the same
Strategic thinking : maintains a wider perspective, aligns actions and contributes to the enhancement overall GO and WGP strategy
Understands and articulates the GO TOM and how changes to it might impact WGP
