Riverbend’s 5 West team at Concord Hospital is seeking a dedicated, experienced Adult Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to provide high-quality care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

What You’ll Do:
• Inpatient Care: Admit and discharge patients from our 12-bed voluntary unit.
• Emergency Consults: Provide acute psychiatric evaluation and follow-up for patients in the Concord Hospital Emergency Department.
• Clinical Leadership: Develop, implement, and manage treatment plans, including medication management.
• Consultation: Conduct hospital rounds for psychiatric consultations on medical/surgical floors.
• Continuity of Care: Advise on discharge planning, working closely with the patient's care team.
• Compliance: Maintain accurate documentation within the EHR, ensuring strict adherence to HIPAA and PHI regulations.
• Shared Responsibility: Participate in a shared weekend call rotation (6 weekends per year).
What You’ll Bring:
• Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN).
• Active NH APRN license.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance required (or access to a reasonable transportation alternative).
• Board Certified in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing.
• Valid DEA certificate with prescriptive authority is required.
• Previous experience with inpatient behavioral health is required.
• Experience treating patients with diverse clinical profiles and co-morbidities is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain clinical privileges at Concord Hospital is required.
• Participation in a weekend coverage rotation at Concord Hospital is required.
