Service Technicians at Sequoia keep our residents happy.
You’re the go-to person for maintenance. Whether it’s fixing a basic electrical switch, repairing appliances, installing a shower head, or patching drywall, you take pride in getting it done right. You ensure homes are spotless and ready for move-in day, creating a warm and welcoming experience for our residents.

Qualifications
Must-haves:
Excellent resident/customer experience skills
Positive attitude
Eagerness to learn
Efficiency
Sense of humor
On-call availability
Weekend availability (Sunday - Thursday schedule)
Strong customer service skills
Understanding of basic home maintenance
Great-to-haves:
Experience in commercial or residential real estate, property management, retail, hospitality, construction, or renovation
Trade skills in general construction, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, HVAC, or groundskeeping
Compensation
The compensation range for this role is $22 - $26 / hour plus quarterly bonuses.
