As a Production Supervisor, you will lead manufacturing operations in a dynamic, high-precision environment. You'll help establish and scale manufacturing operations at our growing Solon, Ohio facility while ensuring safety, quality, and production goals are met for mission-critical aerospace and defense products. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement, lean manufacturing initiatives, workforce development, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
• Prioritize and manage production schedules.
• Develop work procedures, schedules, staffing plans, and resource allocation strategies.
• Build and develop a manufacturing team supporting electronics production operations.
• Train, mentor, and develop associates.
• Champion Lean Manufacturing, Standard Work, Kanban, Visual Management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate communication across Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program Management.
• Manage labor utilization, production efficiency, and operational readiness.
• Support new production line implementation and startup activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, customer, and regulatory requirements.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and supervisory experience.
• Minimum five years of leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading manufacturing teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
• Electronics manufacturing leadership experience.
• Aerospace and defense manufacturing experience.
• Experience supporting assembly and test operations.
• Experience supporting facility startup activities.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as Oracle or SAP.
