
Specialist - System Integration & Compliance - Datacenter
Job Description
What you’ll do:
The position focuses on system-level integration, validation, and certification of Low Voltage (LV) and High Voltage (HV) power electronics solutions for next-generation data center and industrial applications. The role will drive end-to-end system ownership, combining architecture, hardware development, prototype execution, and compliance readiness, while fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. System Architecture & Integration
Define and develop system architectures covering power electronics (BBU, PSU, DC racks), control, cooling, and interconnects
Lead end-to-end system integration including electrical, mechanical, and interface definition
Drive system-level problem solving, debugging, and optimization across subsystems
2. Prototype Build & Hardware Execution
Own prototype build planning and execution, including harnessing, wiring, assembly, and lab setups
Lead high voltage and low voltage integration activities, ensuring safe and reliable system operation
Collaborate with design teams for rapid validation, iteration, and issue resolution
3. Validation, Testing & Debugging
Define and execute system-level validation strategies including functional, thermal, environmental, and durability testing
Lead debugging, root cause analysis, and ensure traceability of test data and results
Ensure readiness for EVT, DVT, and PVT phases with robust validation coverage
4. Certification & Compliance Leadership
Drive compliance with UL, IEC, CE, BIS and data center standards ensuring product safety and regulatory approval
Interface with certification agencies and test labs to ensure timely approvals
Ensure compliance with electrical safety, EMC, and high voltage standards
5. Lab Infrastructure & Safety Excellence
Establish and maintain test labs, prototype houses, and validation infrastructure
Enforce EHS, high voltage safety practices, and 5S standards across all environments
Ensure availability, calibration, and readiness of test equipment and facilities
6. Cross-functional Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with hardware, firmware, mechanical, manufacturing, and sourcing teams
Act as single point of contact for system readiness and deployment
Drive alignment across global teams and external stakeholders for program success
7. Customer & Deployment Readiness
Support customer validation, installation, and field readiness activities
Ensure system readiness for deployment, packaging, transportation, and commissioning
Work closely with customers to meet performance and compliance expectations
8. Innovation & Capability Development
Drive innovation in power electronics integration, test methodologies, and system architecture
Develop scalable capabilities for next-generation data center power solutions
Mentor teams and enhance organizational capability in system integration and validation
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s / Master’s in Electrical / Power Electronics / Systems Engineering.
10-15 years experience in power electronics systems and system integration .
