• Electrical DC and switching evaluation for power semiconductor devices and power module. (IGBT/ SiC)
• Power loss simulation for power device (Training for simulation tools of PLECS / SIMetrix / PSPICE)
• Support partial work for PCB artwork (Training for Altium Designer tool)
• Document work for datasheet of discrete IGBT products.
• Support application engineer’s side works. (Sample order/control, chemical decapsulation of device)
• Prefer to have English skill (Not mandatory).

• Associate degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronic Engineering or Semiconductor Electronics.
• Team player and good communication skills.
