We’re seeking a Licensed Therapist who is passionate about client-centered work and who will facilitate at least 20 hours per week of therapeutic group programming alongside individual sessions and clinical treatment planning.
What You’ll Do
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Facilitate group therapy and psychoeducational sessions
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in the EMR
- Provide case management and coordinate care with the treatment team
What You'll Bring
- Active Pennsylvania clinical license: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD
- LSW or LAPC is acceptable, provided you also hold a CAADC
- Experience with mental health and/or co-occurring disorders.
- Strong group facilitation skills and clinical judgment.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
