Possible Tasks within this Role
- Accounting: Performs posting and control of incoming and outgoing invoices for spare parts and tools, including related customs and freight-forwarding invoices, as well as cost calculations for the company.
- Banking: Performs posting of bank statements.
- Reconciliation: Reconciles SAP–SPS balances for the company.
- Compliance: Responsible for verifying the accounting accuracy of bookkeeping documents.
- Asset Management: Responsible for assigning appropriate fixed asset groups.
Qualification requirements
- Education: Fourth level of qualification (Level 4), corresponding to a 4-year secondary education in economics, technical, administrative fields, or general high school (gymnasium).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in the same or similar positions.
- Languages: Knowledge of German and/or English.
- Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Licensing: Valid Category B driver’s license.
