As Head of AI Enablement & Productivity, you’ll transform how Lucidya operates internally. You won’t build the product, you’ll make the company itself smarter. You’ll identify the highest-leverage opportunities to automate, streamline, and optimize workflows across every department. You’ll measure success not by how busy people are, but by how much impact they can create.
This role reports directly to the CEO and is highly visible: your work will directly shape company-wide productivity, empower employees to focus on value-creating tasks, and set Lucidya apart as a truly AI-native organization.
What You’ll Do
You’ll obsess over productivity and results across all departments. Your day-to-day will look like this:
- Map & Prioritize AI Opportunities: Audit workflows across Marketing, Sales, CX, HR, Finance, Engineering, and Product. Identify the most impactful areas for AI automation and build a company-wide roadmap with measurable milestones.
- Implement & Execute: Lead end-to-end AI and automation projects. Select and manage external AI tools, vendors, and platforms. Ensure every initiative moves from pilot to full adoption.
- Upskill & Enable Teams: Build internal AI literacy programs, coach AI champions, and create playbooks, templates, and prompts. Ensure adoption isn’t just technical, it’s behavioral.
- Measure Impact: Track KPIs like revenue per employee, time saved, or customer satisfaction improvements. Publish monthly AI Enablement Scorecards for the CEO and leadership team.
- Governance & Standards: Maintain a centralized registry of AI tools, enforce data security and compliance, and ensure alignment with Saudi and enterprise regulations.
Your success will be measured by:
- 3-5x company output without proportional headcount growth
