Job Description

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs reported from the production environment, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
  • Support ongoing development initiatives, primarily working with Oracle Applications and PL/SQL
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams within an Agile framework, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Design and execute unit tests to ensure code quality, reliability, and performance
  • Actively contribute as a member of the product team, taking ownership of features and enhancements just like a full-time software engineer
  • Continuously improve code quality, development processes, and system stability through proactive problem-solving and collaboration

 

Who You Are: You create a plan and outline for various audiences. You balance planning with actions. You are a proficient trend watcher in your field.
 

For this Role, You will Need:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.

  • Basic understanding of PL/SQL and Oracle application development.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Coursework or project experience with Oracle databases.
  • Exposure to ERP or enterprise application environments.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
