Our team works on app, embedded services and APIs that enable SMEs to establish the data flow between their bank account, bookkeeping system, and other systems, process invoices and receipts, and make payments, keeping their financial management easy, quick and secure.
We partner with banks, PSP's, accounting- and ERP-solutions to bring our embedded services to their SME customers. This way our partners can strengthen their SME propositions. We are supported by our partner Mastercard in this journey.
What you’ll do:
Assist partners in their implementation and onboarding process, in regard to technical and organizational topics
Create product and support documentation, postman collections and communication materials for partner onboarding, as well as other internal and external use (together with product and customer success teams)
Manage backlog of urgent customer requests for the firefighting team of 2 developers
Perform data integrity investigations
Assist support in the resolution of customer issues as the third line of support.
Organize production incidents resolution and mitigation together with the other members of the team
Participate in other operational and data research activities
