Job Description
• Performs customer service functions by responding to employee inquiries related to 401(k), Canadian Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP), HSA, FSA, and reimbursement accounts• Supports day-to-day retirement plan operations including enrollments, contribution changes, and coordination with recordkeepers and third-party administrators• Coordinates and supports non-discrimination testing, audits, and annual compliance requirements for retirement plans• Oversees reimbursement account programs (FSA, HRA, LSAs), including eligibility, claims administration coordination, and employee support• Performs regular reconciliation of benefit-related accounts including 401(k) and RRSP contributions, HSA funding, and reimbursement account balances for accuracy between...
