Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Our Internal Travel RNs are a critical member of our hospice care team, providing short-term coverage to ensure continuity of care and clinical support across multiple locations. As a Travel Nurse You will:
- Travel to patient locations to deliver safe, timely, and skilled nursing care
- Provide compassionate care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team
- Assess patients and update care plans to support optimal outcomes
- Administer and monitor medications as prescribed by physicians
- Supervise LPNs and Home Health Aides as needed
- Communicate patient status changes to physicians and supervisors promptly
- Complete accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulations

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school with current licensure to practice in state of operation
- Current, unrestricted RN registration and license in all assignment states required
- One year nursing experience required, 3+ years preferred
- Experience in hospice or a similar setting preferred
- Ability to work effectively in an ever-changing environment
- Knowledge of the hospice philosophy of care
- Commitment to clinical and documentation excellence
- Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance in accordance with company policy and the state of employment
- Active CPR certification
